Nope my assassin almost a year old now and one of my top 3 characters as far as play activity goes. Ironicly I haven't actually played her much since the SF buff.

Well I had actually made her a few weeks before the buff, hadn't used her since getting her to shing jea so she was only like lvl 3. The farm gave me the motivation to level her ass up and get ascended.

I never make a character for farming...I make them depending on the armors they have xD.

I made my sin to get her the Vaguard armor, the 15k Cantha and the 15k Luxon.

I tried the farm, found it too tedious, so probably won't be going back there. I don't need the cash, just wanted to see if getting lots of ectos would be fun. It's not. Running around in shadowform is, though. I won't delete the sin just in case people ever ask me to run something.

Oh well, only 5 hours wasted on leveling/ascending him anyway.

Made a pve sin only for this farm, and it was totally worth it. A bit over a week of farming and I have over 140 ectos, can't go wrong there, and I plan on deleting him right after/if they nerf SF.

Yes, i made it just for the farm. But through leveling i was suprised how fun assa can be, it's quickly becoming one of my fav chars

My sin had been sitting unplayed since i beat factions with him (within a month or so of the game coming out). Did I un-retire him because of the SF buff ? Yes. I am not fond of trading or power trading to generate gold so I farm. The ability to spend less time farming, withouot reducing my income, so I can spend more time playing was something I couldnt pass up.

Now I can farm for half an hour occassionally and have plenty of gold to spend. No complaints here.

I actually did a sin only to use it for farming and no more.....also made a pvp sin, but i don't like to play assassin, i prefer other classes to be honest.

So judge me if you want, but i don't like to play assassin for many reasons and i only made one to farm with permanent [shadow form]

at least i'm honest XD

I have 2 sins: The older of them is my first character in GW and has recently got his 2nd b/d present. The younger one I made because I had a free character slot and I wanted to make a different play-style sin. She is on her way to get her 3rd Protector title.
I used to farm ectos on my warrior but haven't done that in a long time. My first sin, ele and necro I use for occasional boss farming in HM to get elite tomes when I need em.

Already had one, and he hasn't seen any play time since the update to SF.

I have basically all the weps/armor i need, so got better things to do than farm =)
